How long will my order take to be dispatched?

Orders are normally knit and ready to go with in 7 days. A lot of the time I try to knit extra stock so I may be able to have certain items such as snoods ready to post sooner. Please drop me a message if you need an item asap.

How will my item be sent?

All knitwear is posted in a branded brown postal box. No invoice/price is included so feel free to send any gifts directly to the person you are purchasing for. Just give their name and postal address at check out. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class free of charge.

Do you post outside of the UK?

Sadly, due to previous issues with missing parcels and now the impact of Brexit, I am not currently posting outside of the UK.

Can I return an Item?

While most items are knit to order and not accepted for returns, I am always happy to swap colours etc if you have changed your mind. Just drop me a message to arrange your swap, the buyer will need to pay for the return postage. 

How do I care for my knitwear?

While each item is washed and lightly felted before they reach you, I would recommend hand washing only. You can hand wash in warm water using your gentle detergent of choice. I often use a little shampoo for my personal items. Allow to soak for a few minuets before rinsing with fresh, warm water. Give your knitwear a gentle squeeze and reshape to dry flat. You will probably find due to the nature of wool, you will need to wash it far less frequently than other clothing.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes, I do take on wholesale requests. Orders are normally knit and ready to go within 7 days. Please note that I only offer pattern snoods on a wholesale basis and will not stock more than one shop per town. You can find a current list of shops I supply under 'Stockists' but please feel free to drop me an email for more information - littlebrownbirdco@gmail.com
