These hats are knit using 100% British wool in a lovely neutral shade. The wool is spun in the Yorkshire dales using a blend of Blueface Leicester and Marsham fleece. After years or trialling differnt British wool options, I'm really pleased with the soft but earthy texture of this yarn.
 
I personally knit, link, stamp and sew each hat from my little work shop in North Wales. They are knit to order on a domestic punch card knitting machine and complete with a Wren logo button.
 
Due to the nature of wool, hand washing is advised.
